UNCONDITIONAL LOVE <3

We all are aware about this valentines week, which is currently going on. Even the most awaited day is not very far away. Each and every day in valentines week symbolizes the love whether it be a teddy day or a chocolate day (expression of love is shown). Now in my topic I am also discussing about love, but it’s the love between a mother and a child which is nowadays not been observed.

Love primarily known between Boyfriend-Girlfriend, husband-wife, brother-sisters but firstly love starts from family that too from your mother. "When we love we firstly see the person than we fall in love, but our mother falls in love with us 9 months before she has seen us. Before we exist in this world she starts loving and caring without seeing us, but with just a feeling of somewhere we exist...” Therefore it is rightly said "LOVE IS BLIND"

Nowadays, the issue that society is facing is the increase in number of nuclear families. We all nowadays support nuclear families because it is small in size and expenditure is less in comparison to a joint family.

Now, in nuclear families due to drastic growth in economy both husband and wife have to work. Due to this reason children in the family don't get the amount of love, care & concern which they require. The result of this situation leads to lack of bonding between a child n parents which ultimately reflects in the old age of parents. They are being kept in old age homes which is proved by the growing number of old age homes in India.

When I was doing research on this topic I got to know about a survey which was done by psychologists in USA (America). They have published their papers in which it’s written that in a survey done for a long-term on babies, from the age of day one up to the age of one year. Which mentions that those babies who are in contact with their mothers for one complete year they are psychologically stable, they are very patient, calm in nature, they can handle situations very properly they are not nagging. In comparison to those children who stay in day-cares (Babysitting), they are very violent in nature, impatient and those kids are difficult to handle. This is indifferent of which gender they are male-female, rich-poor.

One of my closest friends has cute nephew in her family, he is very cute. I  notice certain facts about him that while breastfeeding  he keeps on touching his mother's breast, her cheeks and smiles at her throughout. These things happen because of a reason, the touch between Mom n a child makes them emotionally attached. The increase in bond increases with time which results in a long term good relationship between a child and mother. Obviously which will help in reducing the chances of emotional detachment, which definitely will help in reducing the number of old age homes.

“MOTHER acts as an INSTITUTION." She instills all the necessary values in a kid. She teaches how to walk, how to talk, how to eat etc each and everything. Here, we cannot forget the role of father. He supports the family financially, moreover finance is important. Father's role is limited but a mother's role has a great impact on a child's life. Even a million thanks will fall short for our mothers.

Mother is someone who brings out a human being from her own body bearing a lot of pain, carrying a baby inside herself for 9 months, bearing all kinds of problems, vomiting, nausea, labor pain which only a women can bear.. And again it’s not sure that her child in future will support her, care for her or not...

Sometimes the children don't meet their mother's expectations at all...Even if children do something wrong mothers accept that, they throw them like used stuffs in old age homes. Mothers even accept that, Is it what they deserve after all the pain and sacrifice they undergo?

The only reason for me to write a blog is nowadays mothers have started Working. They have stopped many things, earlier which use to be in practice... For example- Most of them stop breast feeding at a very early age to their kids. Once they deliver a baby just within a month or two they again resume their working career back which has a very bad impact on children’s health and growth. Again I would like to repeat mothers love is unconditional, but these feelings are reducing day by day.

What I suggest is mother's nowadays should spend little bit more time with their kids like playing with them, reading rhymes to them, singing lullabies to them, holding them, cuddling them. So, that they can develop a strong bond. This strong bonding in future will result in good parent and child relationship.

So, let be love unconditional but not only from mother's side but even children should understand its depth.  Like a mother cares for us when we are infants, similar care and concern should be given to them by us as well as whenever they require.
